Clyde Stephen Cherry, Colonel, USAF (ret) Obituary (1920 - 2009)

Born March 5, 1920 in Denver, Colorado. Husband of Shirley Grissom Cherry. Father of Stephen, Bruce (Kim), Brian Christopher (deceased), Robert (Susan)and Kathleen (Bob). Grandfather of Rebecca, Kiley, Katie and Aaron. After 30 years in the Air Force, Clyde obtained his doctorate and became dean at Cerro Coso College in California. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 11:00 am at Vistoso Memorial Chapel, 2285 E. Rancho Vistoso Blvd. Oro Valley, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 27352, Tucson, Arizona 85726-7352.
