Daniel Patrick Dale

Daniel Patrick Dale, Sr., 75, of Oro Valley, AZ passed away December 10, 2019. Daniel was born February 5, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois to Frank Olson Dale and Jenny "Grace" (Rork) Dale.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Patricia Dale; children, Carolyn (Kurt) Schultz, Daniel P. (Kristen) Dale Jr.; step-children, Todd (Rebecca) Hanley, Michelle Hanley, Melissa (Todd Harry) Hanley; grandchildren, Scott, Sarah and Sean Schultz, William Dale, Josephine, Abigail and Vivian Hanley, Rhys Harry; and his younger sister Toby-Brown.

Daniel was a graduate of St. Patrick's High School and attended De Paul University in Chicago. He was a true die-hard Cubs fan as well as a huge supporter of Notre Dame University Fighting Irish.

Daniel had a love of and started his career with Pack Webb Ford in the service department and went on to serve as Service Director at Continental Toyota and Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet.

He was a devout Roman Catholic, an active member of Sacred Heart Parish in Lombard, Illinois where he served as a eucharist minister and elementary school football coach. He found a true brotherhood with the Knights of Columbus and has been an active member since 1976.

Friends may visit from 3:00 - 6:00 pm, Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at Vistoso Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, December 18 at Santa Catalina Catholic Church followed by a funeral mass at 12:30 pm.

Daniel will be greatly missed by his many friends and family.
