Edward Roman Ortiz, Jr.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Edward Roman Ortiz Jr.

He was a devoted son, brother, uncle and friend who left us suddenly on May 29th,
2025, at the age of 49.

Born on September 2nd, 1975, in Tucson AZ, Edward was raised in the small town
of Oracle AZ. He then later resided in Tempe AZ for many years, then moved back
to his hometown of Oracle where he was employed with Oro Ford Dealership.

Edward was a smart, witty, fun loving, adventurous free spirit. He knew a lot about
cars, antiques and collecting. When he was with family, he knew how to have a
good time constantly making us laugh by being funny and silly.

He is survived by his mother (Peggy Ortiz), his father (Edward R Ortiz Sr.) his
three sisters Pamela Laramie (Michael), Peggy Looney (Robert), and Felicia
Vindiola (Ronald) and brother David Ortiz (Joni). He also leaves lots of family,
cousins, nieces and nephews, good friends and his dog Tusk that he loved very
much. He will be greatly missed.
