Ernest L. Turner

Ernest (Red) L. Turner - Passed away February 13, 2012 after a long illness. He is survived by his loving wife Bette J Turner of 60 years. He also leaves behind 4 children Diana (Norman) Knox of Tucson Az, Donna (Fred) Jorgensen of Scituate R.I., Judith (Dale) Cartner of Bellingham, Wash, and James (Sally) Turner of Tucson Az. 8 grandchildren, Chris & Brian Jorgensen, Greg & Justin Knox, Jolene Blaine, Courtney Sly, Crystal Cartner and Lorrie Hinojos. 5 Great-grandchildren Hannah & Mikey Blaine, Britney Knox, Caleb Alfred, and Ethan Jorgensen. He was born in Coventry, RI to Ray and Viola Turner on September 12, 1932. He was a dairy farmer and heavy equipment operator for the state of RI. He moved to Tucson for the weather and he owned and operated a mobile home park for many years. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather, and he will be sorely missed by all. His wishes were to have a private memorial service.
