Georgia Arana Bencomo Obituary (1936 - 2021)

Georgia Bencomo lived in Tiger Arizona later moved to Mammoth Arizona, where she raised her five children. She was born in Bisbee Arizona to Catarino & Yirina Arana. She was the youngest of seven sisters Madalena, Gumecinda, Julia, Valentina, Philipa, Eulalia, Simona. Two brothers Benny & Ramon. Georgia was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister & tia. She attended Sunday mass and would go to pray the rosary with her Guadeloupian friends. Georgia enjoyed spreading the love of our Lord to others. She taught catechism to the younger generation. She liked to spend time in the kitchen cooking, not only her favorite meals, but her family's favorite meals too. She really enjoyed getting company, and especially loved to spend time with her grandchildren & great-grandchildren. She would look forward to visits from family and friends when she was in the Assisted Living Home in Tucson. Georgia leaves behind her loving children Loretta Fincher, Alex (Rosanna) Anaya, Diana (Lorenzo) Polanco, & Richard Bencomo. She also leaves behind her beautiful Grandchildren & great grandchildren. Georgia is also survived by her two sisters Simona & Eulalia. She joins her husband Vicente S. Bencomo, beloved son Larry Anaya, two grandsons, one granddaughter, her parents Catarino & Yirina, and her brothers and sisters.
