Graham Patterson Obituary (1925 - 2008)

Graham "Gump" Patterson, age 82, died July 4, 2008 in Arizona where he resided. He was formerly of Rochester and Waterford, Michigan and Ocala, Florida. He leaves his loving wife Helen (Byland), four daughters Cheryl Patterson, Grand Blanc, MI; Barbara (Roy) Ely, Oro Valley, AZ; Pamela (Steven) Kildal, Neebish Island, MI and Deborah Liponoga, Rochester Hills, MI. He is pre-deceased by a son William. He has ten grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A sister, May Carpenter resides in Denver, CO. He has many nieces and nephews. He was a manager at Michigan Bell Telephone Company retiring in 1982. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and golfer. He belonged to the OTOW 18-Hole Men's Golf League and the Divot Diggers. He was a Navy veteran of WWII and the Korean War. He was a member of Cedar Lodge #60 F & AM, Clarkston, MI; Ocala Florida Scottish Rite and the Shrine Club; Sabbar Temple Shrine, Tucson, AZ; Elks Lodge #810, Waterford, MI; and Mountain Shadows Presbyterian Church, Tucson, AZ.
