Irma Sankman

Irma Sankman, wife, proud mother of 2, grandmother of 5, and great grandmother of 9 passed away peacefully on November 14, 2024. Irma strived for excellence in all she pursued whether it was in marriage, motherhood, educating children, being a park docent, or publishing a retirement home newsletter. Irma made countless friends throughout her life and cherished those relationships. As a dedicated teacher, she cared deeply for others, and was always eager to share her love, and advice with those she knew. She filled her 95 years with an active life to the very end.

Irma would love to be remembered for the beautiful family she nurtured, the wonderful friendships she had, and for the privilege of seeing her children and grandchildren mature into successful adults with families of their own. In the later part of her life, she was overjoyed to see all 5 of her grandchildren begin families of their own. Indeed she was blessed!
