Jared Krug

Jared Stephen Krug, 49, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on October 12, 2023. Born on April 15, 1974, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Jared was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend.

Jared was an outgoing and hardworking individual who had a great sense of humor and an outgoing personality that people loved to be around. He was known for his tough and resilient nature, which was evident in his accomplishments as a state champion wrestler. Jared was also passionate about sports, particularly the University of Arizona and the Boston Red Sox. He loved cheering on his favorite teams and being actively involved as a baseball coach for his two boys.

In addition to his hobbies, Jared was an accomplished golfer and enjoyed spending time on the golf course with family and friends. He was also a dedicated family man, a role he cherished deeply. Jared was a loving husband to Andrea Krug for 27 years, and a devoted father to his two sons, Connor and Cayden Krug.

Jared had a successful career as a steel fabricator and pump technician/salesperson at Miller Engineering and ANM Equipment. His dedication and expertise in his field were highly regarded by his colleagues and clients.

Having served in the United States Navy, Jared had a strong sense of duty and commitment. He proudly represented his country during his military service.

Jared will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Andrea Krug, his sons Connor and Cayden Krug, his mother Penny Krug, his father Gary Krug, and his brother Garett Krug. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Olive and Stephen Krug, as well as Patricia Johnson and Gerald Miller.

A ceremony to honor Jared's life will be held at Vistoso Funeral Home in Tucson, Arizona, on October 20th at 2:00 PM. The compassionate staff at Vistoso Funeral Home is assisting the family with the funeral arrangements.

Jared's infectious laughter, kind heart, and unwavering love for his family and friends will forever be remembered. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
