Loretta was the second oldest of six children. She was born in Pecos, Texas where her father was stationed with the U.S. Army. Her family eventually moved to the Seattle, WA area. Loretta Graduated from Franklin High School in 1962. She was the Seattle champion in the Youth for Christ' organization, for her Bible knowledge skills as well as her ability at the memorization of entire books of the Bible. She married George K. Williams in 1963 and had her son, George Daniel Williams, in 1964. They moved from Seattle to Tucson in 1967. Loretta worked for the phone company for fifteen years and worked for the University of Arizona in the administration department for eight years. Loretta moved to San Manuel, AZ in 1978 when she married Marc Sexton. Loretta had her daughter, Alicia Rebecca Sexton, in 1980. Loretta lived in San Manuel until the Lord called her home on June 29th, 2012. Prior to the unfortunate development of a mental illness, she was very close to her friends. And her family was the most important thing to her. She loved her Christian faith, studying the Bible and Christianity. She loved nothing more than a good old-fashioned family gathering. She was an extremely avid reader and movie collector. She loved to crochet and quilt as well. She was preceded in death by her mother Rebecca Israel Vines and her father Dorwin Vines. She is survived by her son Dan Williams of Tucson, and daughter Alicia (Tony) Allmendinger of San Manuel, two Granddaughters; Kaitlyn Valdez of Tucson, and Zara Allmendinger of San Manuel. Two sisters; Joetta (Rod) Smith of Tucson, and Lillian(Tim)Smiley of South Prairie, WA. As well as three brothers; Paul Vines of Tacoma, David (June) Vines of Black Diamond, and Joseph (Sue) Vines of South Prairie, Washington, and by a large extended family. Graveside Memorial will be at Woodbine Cemetery 2323 9th Street SW Puyallup, WA 98373 August 3rd,2012 at 11 a.m.
