Mary Ann Doss

Mary Ann Doss, age 80, of Tucson passed away on November 24, 2008,. She is survived by her husband Wendell (Bud) Doss; step daughters Sue (John) Bicknese of Tucson and Lynda Johnson of Minneapolis; brother Thomas Schultz of St Paul; sisters Judy Ericksen of Great Falls, Montana, and Connie Erickson of Eagan, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her parents the Reverand Arthur and Edith (Nesmith) Schultz. She was born in State Center, Iowa, and moved with her family to Minneapolis in 1937. She and Bud were married February 7, 1958 in Minneapolis. She had a career in advertising becoming a vice president of Colle & McVoy Agency. In 1984 she and Bud left the snows of Minnesota for Tucson where she worked for Wettstein Bolchalk Agency. After her retirement, she became an avid photographer. Her memorial service will be held in Dove of Peace Lutheran Church,Tucson, on Friday November 28 at three p.m. Memorials are suggested to Dove of Peace. A memorial service will be held in the twin cities at a later date.
