Dudie Lewis Obituary (1938 - 2026)

With heavy hearts but grateful memories, we announce the passing of Mary Dickman Lewis, lovingly known as “Dudie,” on January 4, 2026, at the age of 87. Born on January 19, 1938, Dudie lived a life marked by love and quiet strength. She was cherished by her family and friends and will be remembered for her warm heart, caring nature, and the many ways she touched the lives of those around her. Dudie was deeply devoted to her family and took great pride in being a part of their lives. Her presence brought comfort, wisdom, and joy, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband Art, children Laura (Ken) Speer, Connie (Peter) Dahl, Trey (Annette) Lewis, Jeanne Corrado, grandchildren Leslie (Todd) Whitehead, Brian (Jenna) Speer, Katie (Morgan) Lesko, Hannah Speer, Alysan Dahl, Rachel (Nicholas) Trujillo, Ian Bennis, Liz Bennis, Audrey Corrado, Kevin Corrado, and great grandchildren Nick, Kiarra, Wiley, Colter, Dakota and Hayden, who will forever treasure the time they shared with her. Celebration of Life Services will be held Friday, January 9th at 6:00pm at Vistoso Memorial Chapel, 2285 E Rancho Vistoso Blvd, Oro Valley, AZ 85755.
