Mitzi Rae Elliott-Cox Obituary (1950 - 2016)

?Mitzi Rae Elliott-Cox (Marteeny) was born in New Mexico , May 27th 1950. She was raised in Silver City, New Mexico and in Tucson Arizona. She was a rainbow girl, played piano and loved cheerleading. She attended Canyon Del Oro High School and Silver City High School. At the young age of 18 she had her daughter Michele (Elliott) and raised her as a single mom for many years. She worked at the Asarco Silver Bell Mine during the 1970's. She then went to work for Goodwill of Tucson, and eventually opened a printing business in Tucson. Her last years were spent in property management with her boyfriend Joe Branstetter helping families find places to live. Mitzi adored her 3 grandsons, Max, Alex and Jack Weiss. She was an amazing mom, grandmother and friend, and was so very loved by her family and friends. She will be missed greatly! Rest in Peace Mom , I love you.
