She leaves a sister, Paula Dimond of Yorkville, IL, two brothers, George W. (Lin) Greer of Grants Pass, OR, and David E. (Bonnie) Widau of Hagerstown, IN, as well as four nieces and their spouses. Pat was born in New Castle, IN and attended K-12 grades in Cambridge City and Hagerstown, IN Schools. She received her BA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Pat was a very special lady; she had the gift of making others feel loved. Her true passion was her three granddaughters and great-granddaughter. She spent her time in Texas, Indiana, California, and Montana watching them grow up. Pat was an especially talented seamstress and used her skills to create numerous Halloween costumes, quilts, and Christmas stockings for her granddaughters, their cousins and her great-granddaughter. Pat's other interests included her horse, Queen, needle pointing, baking, and crossword puzzles. Pat will be interred in the Stonecipher family plot at the West Lawn Cemetery in Hagerstown, IN. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on October 3, 2015. In lieu of flowers she has requested that friends make donations in her name to their local Food Bank, shelters for abused children, and the Wounded Warriors Project. We want to thank Oro Valley Hospital, 4th floor ICU, for all of their wonderful support. Goodbye Pat, beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend to many. We love you and will miss you greatly. We will always carry your memory in our hearts.
