Going To Heaven
When I am gone, release me, let me go
I have so many things to see and do.
You mustn't tie yourselves to me with tears,
just be happy that we had some years. I gave you
my love, you can only guess how much you
gave to me in happiness. I thank you for the
love you each have shown, but now it's time
I traveled on alone. Do grieve a while for me
if you must then let your grief be comforted
by trust. It's only for a while that we must
part, so keep our memories within your
hearts. I won't be far away, for life goes on,
so if you need me call and I will come.
Though you can't see or touch me I'll be
near, and if you listen with your heart you
will hear, all of my love around so soft and
dear. And then when you must come this
way alone, I'll greet you with a smile
and say, "welcome home."
Reva Charlene, such a beautiful name. She worked hard at work and loved to play. She loved BBQ's, family get together's, friends and jam sessions too. God how very much I miss you!! You danced all night out for breakfast too. You lived your life for us true. You loved Birthdays, Easter, 4th of July was a blast. Christmas was the one
That was never passed. Packages stacked all under our tree just for us and the smiles you'd see. Rainbows, camping, boating at the lake. Remember all the stuff you'd take. Cherry Lake, Folsom too. I loved all the swimming and boating we'd do. Loved how you'd take us on the lake to see the fireworks light up the lake. I'm going to miss these
things that is true but most of all I am missing you! Rainbow girls couldn't get anything passed. My dresses were the best, not any seamstress would do. I always stood so proud wearing the dresses for you. A bartender you were for a little while. Soon you moved up to EMT with a smile. You drove that tanker with pride, fought fires too. Dear sweet mother I am so very proud of you! A strong woman you are. The best role model too. I'll never forget what I have learned from you. I will always miss the way things used to be with all the laughter and the play. I only wish you could have stayed. Thank you for all you did for me. Your forever in my heart you see.
Forever and always love you mom,
Love Tina Marie
