To view Robert's Funeral Mass, Click Here. Robert V. Sanchez, a longtime resident of San Manuel, Arizona entered into rest on May 8, 2012. He is preceded in death by his father Onesimo Sanchez. He is survived by his mother Teresa V. Sanchez; his loving wife of 35 years Dianne G. Sanchez; daughter Michelle (Cesar) Guerrero; grandchildren, Roberto, Cassandra, Andrea and Cesar Guerrero. Sisters, Irene (Paul) Castro, Mary Lou (Tavi) Buena, Eleanor (Ruben) Vigil, Yolanda (Ronald) Jimenez, Carol (Joe) Lopez, Ramona (Richard) Lopez: Brother, Waldo (Olga) Sanchez; and many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and very special friends. Bobby was a Pumpman Journeyman/Certified Backflow Specialist for 28 years at Magma (BHP) Copper Company. The last 7 years he was employed by Pima County RWRD as a Plant Mechanic. He was extremely talented and was mechanically inclined and had skillful hands. Bobby had many hobbies and toys that he enjoyed. He was an avid Dallas Cowboy and ASU Sun Devil fan and loved spending time with his grandchildren who were the love of his life. In his brief 55 years of life, Bobby had more friends than one can hope to make in two lifetimes. He left us much too soon and will be deeply missed; we are comforted in the love and cherished memories he left behind. Visitation will be held at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 122 W. Church Drive, Mammoth, Arizona on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 8:30-10:00 a.m., Rosary and Mass at 10:00 a.m., Internment following at Valley View Cemetery in Mammoth, Arizona.
