Ronald John Heinz went to be with the Lord on December 20, 2022.\n\nHe was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 19, 1953, son of Ronald Richard, who proceededhim in death, and Lorraine Helene (Goslin) Heinz. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, LoriJean Heinz, his daughter Candice Noelle Levesque, step-son Andrew Eugene Matty with wifeJennifer and two granddaughters, Lilianna and Evelyn.\n\nFrom the age of three, when his family moved across the street from a fire house, Ronald knewthat he was destined to be a Fireman and to serve his community. Starting that career inChicago and then following his family to Scottsdale, AZ. He then moved to Tucson, where heproudly served as Battalion Chief in Green Valley and Rural Metro Tucson. When Ronaldretired, he was not done serving and continued on to a second career as a Nuclear MedicineTechnologist at St Mary's Hospital for 11 years.\n\nRonald had a joyful and magnetic personality. He was a motorcycle lover who treasured hisfamily and friends. He generously gave of himself to help wherever he could. Enjoyed camping,parties and cooking for a crowd.
