Rosa Nell Phillips (Nee Mitchell) 81 years old, passed away October 18, 2008. Loving wife of Roy; Mother of Helen (Ricky) Spurgeon, Ruth (John) Kraus, and Donna(Tammy);Grandmother of 5, Great Grandmother of 6, and Great Great Grandmother of 1; Sister of Donna Joyce Nymeyer, Vonda Floyd, and Debbie Vaughn. Rosa was preceded in death by her grandson Dylan. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the Vistoso Memorial Chapel, 2285 E. Rancho Vistoso Blvd., Oro Valley.
