Dorazio, Steven Vincent\n\nwas born October 18th, 1963 in Inglewood, CA and passed away peacefully in Tucson, AZ on May 3,2023. He was preceded in death by his parents Alfonse Dorazio and Rosemary (Heffron) Dorazio. Steveis survived by his two children Alicia Hall (Stephen) and Nick Dorazio, his grandchildren Christian andMakayla and his sisters Terri Dorazio, Christie Guzman (Ricardo) and Lori Ference (Joseph).At an early age, Steve had an affinity for sports. When Steve was 9 years old, the Dorazio family movedfrom Westchester, CA to Tucson where Steve focused on Pop Warner football and Little Leaguebaseball. He attended Canyon Del Oro High School where he continued to excel in sports and wasrecognized as "Most Inspirational" player in the 1981 football season. He also was the catcher on theCDO baseball team. When he no longer participated in sports he loved to follow professional andcollege sports, especially the Arizona Wildcats.Steve graduated from the University of Arizona with a Degree in Business Administration. He alsograduated from ITT Tech with an Associate Degree in Electronics (Valedictorian of his Class). Steveutilized his education working at the Western Army Aviation Training Site (WAATS) as a Helicopter andAirplane simulator technician for the last 26 years.Steve will be most remembered for his sense of humor and his willingness to help friends and familywhenever needed. He was known for his excellent cooking and barbecuing skills and his passion forpolitics.
